3. The stainless steel pan rapids heating efficiently. Suggest cooking with medium-low heat and adjust the appropriate heat for different dishes. Like low heat for eggs, medium-low heat for general cooking, medium-high for searing meat.
4. Allow the cookware to cool down before cleaning, avoid rinsing a hot pot directly with cold water, as sudden changes in temperature can easily cause the stainless steel surface to turn yellow.
