Care/fit: Adjustable nylon strap fits necks from 5 to 24.4 inches and dogs weighing 5–120 pounds. If you need to cut excess strap, burn the cut edge with a lighter to prevent unraveling. For charging, wipe the receiver’s magnetic charging interface with a rag to keep it clean, avoid contact with other metal objects during charging, and try a different power adapter if charging issues occur.
