The smaller size is perfect for stir fry cooking for one. It is also great for making scrambled eggs and delicate fish dishes. It is made in France and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It is compatible with all cooking surfaces including induction. Its Exceliss coating is dishwasher safe and lasts longer than other coatings. It is made in France and comes with a 10 year warranty. Wooden or Silicone Utensils are recommended. With optional detachable side handles you can bring it to the table after cooking.
