What is Impact Bonding?
Impact bonded cookware is highly durable cookware, compatible with: gas, electric, infrared, ceramic and especially induction cooking!
Created by a friction process to form the bond between the base of the vessel and the disc, no adhesive element is applied. The disc is placed on the base of the vessel, and when passed through the impact bonding machine, through pressure and friction, the bond is formed. The typical instantaneous pressure applied by a friction press ranges from 800 to 1500 tons! Impact bonding provides the cookware with a complete, secure attachment of the cooking disc to the base of the pot/pan.
FUSION Titanium Reinforced Ceramic Coating
Duxtop stainless steel non-stick frying pans fuses the healthy benefits of non-stick cooking with the classic style of stainless steel.
The interior is coated with a FUSION titanium reinforced ceramic coating from Whitford, that's completely free of PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, Lead or Cadmium. The addition of titanium enhances non-stick properties, increases durability, and ensures better cooking performance.
