- COMPACT SIZE FOR 1–2 SERVINGS: This 8-inch carbon steel wok has a 1.6-quart capacity and 3-inch depth, ideal for noodles, eggs, sauces, soup, reheating and small one-pan meals. Designed for individual portions rather than family-size stir-frying.
- UNCOATED CARBON STEEL: Made from durable carbon steel with a hammered cooking surface and no synthetic nonstick coating. The pan responds quickly to heat and gradually develops a smoother, more naturally seasoned cooking surface with regular use.
- FLAT BOTTOM FOR MULTIPLE STOVETOPS: The stable 4.7-inch flat base works with induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Its compact shape heats efficiently for everyday small-batch cooking; use a burner close to the base size for more even heating.
- REMOVABLE BEECHWOOD HANDLE AND WOOD LID: The wood handle provides a comfortable grip and can be removed for more convenient storage. The fitted wooden lid helps retain heat while simmering noodles, soup and small portions. Keep all wood parts away from direct flame.
- SIMPLE CARBON STEEL CARE: Hand wash after use, dry thoroughly over low heat and apply a thin layer of cooking oil before storage. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Darkening, color changes and a natural patina are normal as the wok becomes seasoned.
