USE ＆ CARE
- Before first use, wash pan in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Warm pan gradually before adding food. Never leave an empty pan on a hot element or burner. Overheating can cause permanent damage to your pan.
- Do not put an empty pan on a hot hob or allow pans to boil dry. In such event, turn off heat and do not move the pan until it has completely cooled. Do not pour cold water into a hot pan or put it in cold water as it could cause the base of the pan to warp.
- Do not use bleaching powder or detergents containing ammonia. These ingredients will react with the metal and accelerate the corrosion of the metal, which will become rusty over time.
- Dry immediately after washing. This will avoid water stains and water spots.
- Add salt after the water in the pot boils. If you add salt before the water boils, you are likely to develop some small spots in the pot that are difficult to brush away.
- The ingredients should be thawed before pouring into the pot. Stainless steel shrinks when it's cold, so frozen food is more likely to stick to hot pans. If you are cooking some ingredients that you took out of the refrigerator, let them thaw at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then use a cloth or kitchen paper to wipe away the moisture on their surfaces.
- Cool first and then wash the pot. Soaking a hot pot in cold water can easily cause irreversible deformation of the pot.
- Do not use rough tools such as wire brushes for cleaning. Use sponges as much as possible. A wire brush is a rough tool that can easily scratch stainless steel pots.
