Our deep skillets can be used in the oven, but please remove the handles when using the oven, which is oven safe up to 550°F (without the handles).

How do I care for the non-stick coating on my Deep Skillet to ensure its longevity?
To maintain the non-stick coating of a deep skillet, avoid using metal products that can scratch the surface. Silicone and wooden spatulas are recommended. Also when cleaning, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended.

Is the handle removable?
The handles are removable. The removable wood grain Bakelite handles stay cool to the touch and provide a secure grip during cooking. In addition the removable handle design makes it easier to store and use the oven.
